This is a free legal service provided by Marrickville Legal Centre, subject to eligibility criteria. If you fulfil all eligibility criteria and wish to proceed with this service, you must agree to the following conditions: 

1. You agree to always treat our workers with respect and courtesy. We believe that maintaining a respectful and courteous environment is essential for the success of our services. 
   
   
2. You agree to share all relevant personal information with us. This information will allow us to provide advice that applies to your situation and ensure compliance with our ethical obligations as a legal service. All personal information is handled confidentially and stored in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) and our Legal Professional Conduct Rules. 
   
   
3. You agree to receive communications from Marrickville Legal Centre, including pre- and post-service surveys. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and participating in these surveys will help us improve and tailor our services to better meet your needs. 
   
   
4. You agree that your personal information may be processed using artificial intelligence (AI) technology and consent to its usage in the duration of your service. AI technology is utilised by Marrickville Legal Centre to assist in documentation and analysis.
   
   All usage of AI technology is conducted in compliance with the APP, ensuring that your information is handled responsibly and ethically. AI does not replace human judgement, and all AI-assisted output is analysed by a human legal professional. 

 
Please note that Marrickville Legal Centre reserves the right to refuse assistance to any person who does not comply or agree with these conditions.
